Non-eligible projects include any request not related to a new in-line baggage screening system including, but not limited to:
- Stand-alone baggage screening systems.
- Equipment decommission and/or removal.
- Equipment relocation.
- Ancillary and/or safety equipment.
- Reimbursement of electronic detection projects that are already completed.
- Equipment recapitalization.
