LEOFA Training Materials Request

PRIVACY ACT STATEMENT

AUTHORITY: 49 CFR Part 1544.219.

PRINCIPAL PURPOSE(S): This information is used to manage law enforcement agencies’ requests for LEOFA training materials.

ROUTINE USE(S): This information may be shared in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 USC § 552(a), or for routine uses identified in the TSA system of records, DHS/TSA-001 Transportation Security Enforcement Record System.

DISCLOSURE: Furnishing this information is voluntary; however, failure to provide the requested information may prevent TSA from being able to respond to a request for LEOFA training materials.

PAPERWORK REDUCTION ACT BURDEN STATEMENT

TSA is collecting this information from law enforcement agencies that have requested the LEO Flying Armed training course. The public burden for this collection of information is estimated to be approximately 5 minutes per response. This is a mandatory collection of information. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and persons are not required to respond to, a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.
