Wiley Post – Will Rogers Memorial Airport TSA Officer Bob Seashoals deserves to be recognized as an outstanding employee. He instantly recognizes when people need help and acts to the extreme ends of his ability to assists customers going through TSA. I have a two-year-old child and he (Seashoals) always helps and assist in any way that he can.
Yesterday, he helped get a gentleman through security who was recovering from a recent, horrific accident. Bob immediately jumped into action with his usual helpful and kind demeanor.
Bob does everything he can to help people make the transition to the aircraft less stressful. When I see he is working, the stress I usually experience with going through TSA melts away. I appreciate he doesn’t bark orders at me and provides useful helpful suggestions and assists in any way that he can.
If you have some TSA employee of the year award it should go to him.
