TSA officer expedites screening for child with autism, family

On behalf of me and my family, I want to extend my highest praise to [TSA Officer] Mariann Sigstad, a passenger support specialist (PSS) who assisted us.

PSS Sigstad was absolutely wonderful and professional in expediting our family's processing through security with my grandson who has autism.

Sigstad deserves the highest recognition for the most superior customer service for understanding and appreciating my grandson's disability and special needs for a seamless and stress-free process through security.
