I would like to give a really big thanks to a few of the staff members that really helped me out in retrieving my son’s iPad. He left it at the checkpoint on our way to our vacation destination.
St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) TSA Supervisory Officers Jordan Lowry and Thomas Bartolin were both so patient, kind, and helpful. They worked with STL Supervisory Coordination Center Officer Nicholas Busken (another awesome team member) to get it back to me. All three of these men did a great job and deserve to be recognized for it!
