Gunnison - Crested Butte Regional Airport – GUC

I have been traveling through the Gunnison Regional Airport for over 20 years. In that time, the best service I have experienced has been from Supervisory TSA Officer Annette Keller, a TSA Officer. She consistently greets me with a smile and a happy manner.
Yesterday, my wife and I were headed to a business trip and, upon clearing TSA, we both looked at each other to say how pleasant Annette is. She is a pleasure!

Durango-La Plata County Airport – DRO
On Wednesday morning at the Durango [La Plata] Airport in Colorado, TSA Officer David Johnson], who was screening the TSA PreCheck® lane, was an absolute godsend!
I had left my backpack locked in my rental car after turning my keys into the drop box. [My pack] had my computer, my toiletries, and my medications and the car rental office wasn't open for another three hours.
Dave managed to connect me with the right people to access my belongings and kept me calm during the whole process. I was able to get my backpack, with time to spare before boarding my flight! His kindness and humor were much appreciated! Always touches my heart when folks go above and beyond. He simply asked me to pay it forward. And I did!

To Whom It May Concern,
I was traveling from Aspen [Pitkin County] Airport on March 6 and wanted to share my gratitude to the TSA crew at the security checkpoint. They were really friendly and helpful and made the start of a long journey back to Norway very pleasant and nice! As these services often are seen as a bump in the road, this time it was part of the highlight of my day!!
