My wife and I wanted to extend our gratitude for the professionalism yet lighthearted demeanor exhibited by your staff at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport.
It’s been a long time since I’ve gone through a checkpoint and heard that much laughter. That relaxed human element helps alleviate the anxiety and frustration we have all felt going through this process and I felt it important to relay that.
Since 2001 flying has been seen as a chore and probably the most anxiety inducing aspect of it all was going through the TSA checkpoint. I was genuinely delighted to start our vacation today and having begun it like this.
Thank you to your crew and the lead officer who made his rounds encouraging that atmosphere.
