I contacted TSA Cares because I'm disabled and unable to perform required screening tasks. From Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, three hours before my flight, Officer (Salethia) Carr from TSA called me to let me know she would be there to assist me and not to worry about anything.
Once I arrived, and after some technical difficulties, Officer Carr greeted me at the checkpoint with an amazing attitude and friendly smile. She let me know beforehand exactly what she was going to do with each task to make me aware, as well as to make sure I was comfortable with it. She wanted to make sure I was able to make it through each task without a problem due to my limitations.
Officer Carr was caring, compassionate, helpful, informative and thorough. She made sure I was never surprised with anything she did. She was absolutely professional, non-invasive and completely respectful and considerate. I feel like any Officers that do not possess the qualities Officer Carr possesses should be trained by her. I have not one negative thing to say about my experience.
I truly appreciate her and hope she is recognized for her thoughtfulness and character.
Thank you
