I traveled recently through the Orlando International Airport. My son who is a frequent traveler booked special TSA assistance for me and I was so grateful and amazed by the officer who helped me.
Supervisory TSA Officer Elizabeth Rodriguez met me as soon as I arrived and took me through TSA [security] so smoothly I could hardly believe it. She was an angel in blue, her professionalism and kindness was exceptional.
I was nervous about traveling alone at my age and having difficulty walking. Elizabeth took care of everything and truly showed how much TSA cares for people not just the process.
Please give the officer and team a thank you from me.
