I have flown out of IDA (Idaho Falls Regional Airport) during August, September and December 2024 and have found what I believe is the Absolute BEST TSA team in the country! Granted IDA is a small facility and cannot compare to major metropolitan airports but the Team goes beyond expectations while maintaining professionalism and courtesy as they conduct their screenings.
My home airport is Portland International Airport and while professional and efficient the client flow requires a different level of professionalism and execution. I believe that the Team experience at IDA represents leadership that values the team and their clients. Kudos to all at IDA for putting a positive and professional example of government in action. They do fulfill their mission of keeping client safety first but execute their professional responsibility in a welcoming and respectful manner!
Thank you to all at IDA it reflects well on leadership and the entire TSA organization.
