I would like to give my sincere appreciation for TSA Manager Olivier Jodloman at the Honolulu (Daniel K. Inouye International) Airport. He assisted us when we signed up for TSA Cares for my toddler.
He was extremely friendly and helped us tremendously by making the security screening process easy and fast so my toddler and my baby didn't get upset. The rest of the security were also very nice and accommodating. They didn't make us feel rushed and made the process smooth. Honestly the best TSA experience.
Olivier was great, and we truly appreciate him.
