My son and I were traveling to Columbus for the National Shooting tournament last weekend and the manager (Dallas Fort Worth International Airport STSO Maciej) Gebala basically saved my trip.

He didn’t have to be so helpful, but he was able to help me make sure my firearm was fully secured for travel when he could’ve told me “no-go” for the firearm. He also worked on it in a timely manner so we didn’t miss our boarding. 

It was a positive experience overall and I was really thankful that he showed me that kindness.
