On an evening at the end of her shift, TSA Officer Jill Nagel helped my 82-year-old mother while she was stranded at the Cleveland Hopkins (International) Airport as the airline did nothing [to assist].
Officer Nagel helped her secure a hotel room nearby and safe passage to the hotel. I greatly appreciate her efforts and the time she took to make my mother’s travels safe.
