This morning I flew out of (Charleston International Airport) and encountered an exceptional employee. I fly quite a bit for work and have many encounters with TSA, but today was exceptional.
(Lead TSA Officer) William Piette was very polite and went above and beyond to ensure every passenger interaction he had was great. I watched him deal with the person ahead of me and was like wow, this gentleman is much different than the normal interactions I have.
Then I was randomly selected to be swabbed. He explained where to stand and what was going on. I truly appreciate his politeness to ALL passengers and his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure every interaction is good for the passenger. Thank you to William Piette for making my TSA experience nice.
