July XX, 2024 Samantha was so kind and conscientious, the epitome of a fine public servant. If TSA has a procedure for honoring employees, I would nominate Samantha Whitney.

I would like to thank and praise Samantha Whitney, a manager with Boston Logan International Airport (BOS).

On Thursday, April 25, I got off the Braintree Logan Express bus at Terminal E for a trip to Hawaii for a wedding. My luggage was not in the cargo hold or on the sidewalk. Unbeknownst to me at the time, the driver had abandoned my suitcase on the sidewalk at an earlier stop. He blithely told me that maybe someone took it and drove off. I was nearly hysterical.

Samantha was standing nearby and immediately got on her phone and called the State Police. She took me inside to calm me down. Within 10 minutes, a state trooper arrived with my suitcase. . .you can imagine my relief.

Samantha was so kind and conscientious, the epitome of a fine public servant. If TSA has a procedure for honoring employees, I would nominate Samantha Whitney.

You are lucky to have her.
