I have to write and say thank you to all the wonderful TSA agents we have met in our travels. I just booked TSA Cares for our flight to Ohio. We are going to see grandparents; priceless!
I can’t speak highly enough about TSA Cares program. It has been a game changer for us! Such an upgrade in our lives! Our son, Preston has Down Syndrome. He is out of sorts with new situations; big places with big crowds are triggering; he has hypersensitivity to noise which literally sets off his fight or flight mechanism; what a challenge sometimes! A simple situation can turn into an emergency. The TSA cares program has made our travels calm.
Preston is quickly moved through the crowd, and he knows he is being supported and a quiet spot will be available soon which helps him endure and focus through the task with success! We definitely feel he is far easier to travel with. I no longer dread booking a trip worried about how he will fare. I feel you have removed the struggles for him and this whole family can now access travel. I even ordered passports!
