I want to compliment a TSA employee.
My sister and I flew out to Missouri. At Anchorage (Ted Stevens Anchorage International) Airport the TSA employee (Officer) told me my face cream was too large for the specs required. I had just bought it and no way was I going to throw it away. He shared with me what I could do and then he walked me out so I could get my luggage retagged.
When I came back, he was waiting for me! Helping me get through the process again and back with my sister. What a gentleman and what excellent customer service. My sister shared that while I was gone he spoke with her and was concerned that I would get back (in time) and we would be reconnected. She couldn’t believe how kind and sincere he was. His name is (TSO) William Jimenez, Jr.
I have never been treated so graciously as I was with William. Please let him know how much he blessed my sister and I.
A thousand thanks to William.
