BOSTON – The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will hold multiple recruiting events throughout the month of March. The recruiting events will assist individuals interested in applying for a job as a Transportation Security Officer (TSO) at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS).
Attendees will receive information about full-and part-time TSO positions and have the opportunity to complete multiple steps of the hiring process. The events include presentations, application assistance, and scheduling for computer based testing.
Starting pay at BOS today is $26.79 per hour; after salary structure adjustments on July 2, 2023 the new hourly pay will be $27.60. TSA is also offering a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 for BOS, $2,500 after onboarding and an additional $2,500 after one year of service.
The events will take place at multiple sites throughout the Boston area. Because participating in the information session and preliminary hiring process components can take a few hours, TSA recommends arriving early in the day. Click on the dates of the events for more information.
