GBTA Convention 2024

Each year, the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) Convention brings industry professionals together to connect, collaborate, and shape the future of business travel. TSA is honored to be an exhibitor and presenter at the 2024 convention, July 22-24 in Atlanta.

Titled Transforming the Customer Experience at TSA, this educational session aims to raise awareness about the organization's many initiatives to improve travel security, accessibility, and efficiency. Attendees can expect to learn more about specific initiatives that optimize travel at the nation’s airports, including TSA Identity Management, TSA PreCheck®, TSA Cares, AskTSA, and TSA Social Media.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify how TSA utilizes tech, innovation, and collaboration to improve traveler experiences.
  • Identify how TSA provides support to travelers, including those with specialized needs.
  • Identify how TSA and industry can collaborate to communicate these programs to travelers.

Attendees are also encouraged to visit TSA’s booth (#3441) for updates on TSA Cares, TSA PreCheck, Touchless ID, TSA Social Media, AskTSA and also visit TSA’s REAL ID booth (#3953) on the convention floor. Let’s discuss opportunities to leverage TSA resources for travelers.
