After a TSA officer mailed a lost wallet found at the checkpoint, an Aberdeen, South Dakota passenger said the officer left him with a good feeling that his concerns had been resolved. “Officer Les High was very professional and caring. It was a good feeling to know that he had taken care of this for me. I wish there were more people like this in the world we live in today.”

“I’ve been a frequent flyer for 20 years and this was the BEST TSA experience I’ve ever had,” said a central Texas traveler. “When we flew out of Killeen [Killeen-Fort Hood Regional Airport], the TSA officers were so kind and helpful!”

Boston & Washington D.C.

A Boston passenger gave a shout-out to Marie Trottier and Kathleen Hayes who “went the distance to help me,” as she relocated her 97-year-old mother to an assisted living facility in Florida. “I simply can’t say enough about these two people . They embody the mission of the TSA Cares program. They made it possible for me to fly with my mother and greatly relieved my stress and concerns.”

“Thank you for providing this valuable service, and thank you for hiring efficient, professional and caring women to serve the public.”
