On Feb. 9, 2022, I was traveling out of Norfolk, Virginia, to San Francisco, and found the team of TSA professionals to be some of the best I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with.
As a military veteran and wounded warrior, I've traveled a lot for various reasons. On this day of travel, everything moved along smoothly, and the team was obviously a well-oiled and led group of professionals. I transitioned through the screening process with ease and without issues.
I wanted to say that I very much appreciated how well the team did their job! Bravo Zulu [Well done]!
Traveling as an amputee has its own set of issues, but your team allowed me to travel with ease. The [Norfolk International Airport] team should be a model for other teams to follow.
Thank you.
Best Regards,
Lt. Cmdr. Jamie J. Sigala, U.S. Navy, Ret.
