I have traveled all around the world and today's experience was one of the best.
I was with my boyfriend and his three young kids. We were greeted by James May at security.
He was kind, patient and very helpful with each of the kids.
As opposed to the usual shouting [to] remove all laptops, everything out of your pockets, etc., James calmly explained exactly what the kids needed to put on the conveyor belt. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured.
It was one of the first times the kids have traveled through an airport and James made it particularly easy and enjoyable for them.
