I just want to give a personal thank you to Supervisory TSA Officer Kelly Smith. She really went above and beyond to help a little boy find his lost phone.
He is young to have a phone but his parents are going through a separation and they thought it was a good way for him to be able to communicate with them whenever he needed to and wanted to.
He lost it at A terminal on June 25th and he and I ran back to see if we could find it. Kelly checked to see if it was turned in, and when it wasn’t she used all resources to see what happened. Through video monitoring she noticed it was left in one of the bins and personally went through them until she found it.
We are so grateful for her kindness.
