Hello. I apologize for just getting to this now, but my family flew through the Denver airport back in March. We have a very medically fragile daughter and were very impressed with the gentleman who helped us through security with her and all her medical supplies.

Our daughter, who is four, has a very rare syndrome called Megacystis Microcolon Intestinal Hypoperistalsis Syndrome. Due to this syndrome, we are required to travel with many medical bags. In March, we took our second ever family vacation since she was born. I was very nervous about how travel by plane with all her medical supplies would go.

My husband contacted TSA at the Denver airport and one of your employees, Officer Stillman, met us right at the security gate. He was very calm, and you could tell he truly cared about our experience! I can't tell you how pleased we were with him and the experience at this airport.

Kudos to you! Having a medically fragile child can be very overwhelming on its own, so having this type of experience helped us realized that traveling with her is something we can in fact do!

Thank you to this gentleman and to the Denver airport for your service! We look forward to flying again in the future!
