I forgot about my water bottle in my bag when I flew out of Austin-Bergstrom Airport today. I’ve never done this before, so I was embarrassed and bummed that I caused the TSA [officers] more work. There are a lot of ways [Officer Robert] Bartz could have handled it. He chose to treat me with respect, patience and courtesy. We need more people like [Officer] Bartz, and he should be commended.
