When passing through security, I emotionally broke down.
My mother had passed away and I was leaving my father behind. They had been married for 46 years. I began crying, almost uncontrollably, and a very nice TSA officer [Avril Gray] with dark hair and a British accent helped me with my bags
She helped me calm down, made sure I had all my stuff and that I knew exactly where I was going, all while social distancing. This woman went above and beyond to make sure I was OK.
If you can locate her, please tell her how thankful I am and I'll never forget her kindness.
