All the TSA officers we encountered [at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport] were so helpful and pleasant. Yvonne Adams is an officer I would like to give special acknowledgment to.
While going through security, I had my 9-year-old with me. The officer [Adams] took my ticket and ID, then my daughter’s ticket. She then proceeded to ask my daughter questions about herself and me. I have flown with my daughter multiple times and never had any security person do this. It was nice to see how much she cared that my child belonged to me and was not in danger.
I just want to again tell her thank you.
Also, while going through the security, a TSA officer at the beginning was explaining everything we needed to take out of our bags, who needs to take their shoes off, etc., and was just very helpful.
Hands down best airport experience I've ever had.
